We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a BowlsLink Coordinator on a full-time basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery and support of our whole of sport technology management system (BowlsLink), so that it is used to its full capacity and that all relevant stakeholders are maximizing the benefits of the system.
While our preference is for the role to be based in our Melbourne office, we will also consider applicants from NSW, QLD or SA.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with the development, implementation and uptake of BowlsLink in conjunction with the BowlsLink supplier and the BowlsLink working party in collaboration with the State and Territory Associations and clubs.
Co-coordinate the education, training and support for all users, with a focus on up-skilling STAs to deliver education and support.
Assist with the continued evolution of the BowlsLink platform/apps, from grassroots to national level, to create efficiencies and capture all involvement in Bowls.
Drive the increased usage of the competition management software/apps within BowlsLink.
Assist with the coordination of technical developments within the BowlsLink platform.
Assist with population, extraction and analysis of data within the BowlsLink platform.
Qualifications and Skills: The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Certificate IV in workplace training and assessment is desirable.
Knowledge of IT systems, including learning management systems (BowlsLink platform preferred).
Ability to train users and problem solve.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to create user training guides/videos.
Outstanding presentation and training skills.

You will work regularly with the supplier of the platform and an expert group of users and will need to deal with a range of technical ability, from first-time users up to system experts.
Unique Criteria: This role does have occasional interstate travel for meetings and conducting system training.
