We are seeking a fashion-focused Boutique Manager to lead the opening of our Client's new Boutique in Paddington!
About the Role: As Boutique Manager, you will be at the forefront of the brand, curating an exceptional shopping experience with a focus on styling.
You will inspire and lead your team to deliver outstanding service, drive sales performance, and ensure the boutique embodies the highest standards of presentation.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach & inspire a talented team to achieve sales targets and deliver unparalleled customer service.
Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards, reflecting the brand's premium aesthetic.
Cultivate lasting client relationships, providing bespoke styling advice to create a return customer base.
Manage daily boutique operations with a focus on excellence and attention to detail.
Who You Are: Experienced in running a fashion retail store, preferably Aus Designer or premium women's fashion.
A lover of all things fashion & styling with a passion for creating unforgettable client experiences.
A born leader with a refined approach to team development and motivation.
Results-oriented with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
Polished, professional, and fashion-savvy.
A strong understanding of marketing & creating relevant social media content.
