The Role We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Boutique Manager to lead our wonderful team. The role will be based in Kotara, and some of the responsibilities will include:
The Management of an engaged and inspired team of individuals The Management of the daily operations of the boutique The Management of Rostering, recruitment, and training All retail activities that contribute to brand image by coordinating with field and corporate functions with a sharp sense of entrepreneurship. This is a Full-Time, 38-hour-per-week position that requires you to work at least one weekend every fortnight.
About You A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a role within a similar retail business. Experience in a senior beauty advisor/assistant manager role. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Understanding of KPI's and the ability to analyse and report figures. Skin care & management experience is ideal but not essential. What's in it for you?
