With passion and proven experience, you will drive your strategic vision and direct the team in providing an iconic customer-service experience, ensuring maximum profitability.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESIn addition to maximising sales opportunities and developing potential clients, you will:Oversee the development of all team members, ensuring exceptional results while maintaining operational excellence.Responsible for achieving sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to the team.Provide all team members with the necessary tools to perform their job: training, merchandising, display, incentives, catalogue, and product assortments.Responsible for the operational management of the boutique – including health & safety, housekeeping standards, security, facilities, legal, and back office operations.Account for stock security, ensuring stock takes are carried out efficiently following company guidelines and that investigations are conducted to guarantee accurate results under company targets.Work cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, Human Resources, and Finance teams to ensure strong retail performance across the boutique.Manage customer complaints.Lead, develop, and inspire the team to align with company and brand objectives.Create strong morale and spirit within the team.Support in the management of performance management, motivation, training, recruitment, and career development.Suggest incentive schemes to motivate the team.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCESAt TAG Heuer, we are looking for talents who are creative, energetic, pragmatic, results-oriented, and who balance well the 'think' and 'do'. While technical expertise is very important in everything we do, personality matters a lot to us: bring your own style & charisma!To be successful in this position, you will possess the following:Minimum 4 years' solid experience in retail operations at managerial level with a successful track record in sales and service excellence, preferably from the high-end luxury retail industry and managing people.Entrepreneurial mindset with business acumen and strong negotiation skills.Good communication and problem-solving skills.
