About the Role
In this role, you will have direct and regular client contact and be key in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service. You will manage client relationships and expectations and the bookkeeping services provided, responsible for workflow coordination, resource allocation, delegation, and reviewing the work of team members.

With your knowledge and experience, you will support team members to problem solve, continuously develop and improve across the full remit of bookkeeping activities.

Responsibilities Liaise with key clients to provide timely and transparent communicationOversee the management of accounts payable and accounts receivable functionsDevelop reconciliations, including bank and general ledgerPreparation of BAS statements and short-term cash flowsDelegate bookkeeping work to appropriate resourcesCollation of various reporting materialsSkills and Experience
Some of the skills, experience and attributes that we are looking for:
Previous experience in a bookkeeping roleExcellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with people from diverse backgroundsDemonstrated commitment to providing exceptional client serviceStrong problem-solving skillsStrong organisation skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlinesProficiency in information technology applications and software (ideally including Xero/MYOB/QuickBooks)Strong time management skillsAbility to plan and schedule ahead of time.Culture and Benefits
