Job Description Maintaining financial recordsProcessing and paying invoicesSupporting the accounting and finance team with administrative tasksReconciling bank statementsEnsuring compliance with accounting and tax lawsProviding administration support by maintaining office supplies, liaising with stakeholders and managing calendars and documentsParticipating in regular team meetings and contributing to team goalsThe Successful Applicant A successful bookkeeper should have:
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Office is essentialA strong understanding of accounting principles and experience with end-to-end accounts payable is requiredWillingness to learn new systems and processesExperience with administration support including calendar and document management, correspondence with stakeholders, is highly desirableStrong verbal and written communication and organisational skillsThe ability to work as part of a team and be flexible around the needs of the businessWhat's on Offer Full time, permanent role with standard business hoursConvenient location, close to public transportA supportive team environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
