Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate financial records, handling payroll, preparing tax returns, and developing monthly financial statements. Your ability to manage these tasks efficiently will contribute significantly to the smooth operation of the company's finances.
Manage all aspects of invoicing Handle payroll efficiently and accurately Prepare tax returns ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements Develop monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss statements and balance sheets Conduct a monthly reconciliation of every bank account Maintain an orderly accounting filing system What you bring: The ideal candidate for this Bookkeeper role will bring proven bookkeeping experience, a solid understanding of basic bookkeeping principles, and a high degree of accuracy. Your proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with relevant accounting software will be essential in performing your duties effectively. Your excellent data entry skills and knack for numbers will set you apart in this role.
