The Role Reporting directly to the firm Partners, the Bookkeeper role will oversee a portfolio ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to its clients.
Key Responsibilities: Process client invoices and payments.
Assist with payroll for client employees.
Prepare basic financial reports for clients.
Support clients with budgeting and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations for clients.
Organise and maintain client financial documents.
Communicate with clients regarding their accounts.
Use accounting software for client records.
The Candidate Must have recent experience in a Bookkeeping role.
Experience with: Microsoft Office & Xero (required).
Ability to prioritise effectively.
Outstanding time management, communication and organisational skills.
Have strong and up-to-date knowledge of accounting industry requirements.
The Package Salary negotiable based on experience.
Full-time role, Monday - Friday.
