About the Role Responsible for accounts payable, from data entry using source documents up to and including reconciliationsEntering of daily sales from Booking/Sales software to MYOBBank reconciliationsOffice administration and fillingWeekly PayrollReconcile inter-company loan accountsDaily BankingAssist with stock control and stocktakesAdd Hoc task as required to support the AccountantWhat you will bring to the role Proficiency in using MYOB/XEOClear understanding of the full accounting function and accounting concepts.Attention to detailPositive attitude.Highly organised, diligent, polite and respectful.Able to work autonomously as well as in a teamComputer skills with experience in MS Excel and MS OutlookCurrent drivers license and own vehicleAbility to time manage and meet deadlinesIf you fulfil the above requirements please email your resume.
