Bookkeeper & Administrator for a Cleaning Company in Australia (Home Based Part Time)Responsibilities: Review bank feeds and allocate transactions to Bills, Sales Invoices, or create new transactions, ensuring correct GST treatment.Enter invoices into the Accounts Payable (AP) ledger, ensuring correct GST treatment and that a valid tax invoice is provided.Match receipts from customers and follow up for remittances.Chase up outstanding debts with old debtors.Prepare bank reconciliations for all accounts.Prepare payroll tax for NSW and VIC.Review superannuation information and perform reconciliation.Confirm when superannuation can be paid and process payments.Review and reconcile PAYG accounts to ensure they are up to date.Review Profit & Loss (P&L) and key clearing accounts in the Balance Sheet (BS) for accuracy.Reconcile all loan accounts to source documents.Reconcile Scott Pac accounts to the Scott Pac statement.Prepare Long Service Leave (LSL) calculations for VIC and NSW.Prepare reconciliations for all Balance Sheet accounts.Review financial statements and prepare Business Activity Statements (BAS) for HILO and BCS.Prepare wages declarations for VIC and NSW.Review and lodge wages declarations for both states.Prepare annual payroll tax reconciliation for VIC and NSW.Review and lodge payroll tax reconciliation for both states.Prepare annual wages and PAYG reconciliation with Single Touch Payroll (STP).Review and finalize annual wage reconciliation, PAYG, and STP submission.Support other administrative tasks for day to day operations.Skill Set: Certified Bookkeeper with experience in meeting the requirements of Australian businesses.Strong working knowledge of the Australian Taxation System and the ability to work effectively with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).In-depth understanding of Australian Workplace Relations requirements to ensure financial obligations are met.Attention to details & organizational skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
