Statewide services and programs, including specialist outreach and telehealth servicesPartnerships with other hospital and health services and non-government organisationsChildren's Health Queensland provides services from key locations in the Brisbane metropolitan area and works with the 15 other hospital and health services as well as NGOs and charity partners in Queensland to deliver an integrated network of healthcare services and support across the state.
The position of the Booking Officer will:
Provide develop and maintain an efficient administration system including the booking service to the Ellen Barron Family Centre.
Provide a high level of face to face and telephone customer service.
Position is responsible and accountable for assisting with the provision of inpatient and outpatient service delivery and the management of wait lists in accordance with Queensland Health's Policy.
