Now is the perfect time to join this innovative, growing global business.About the Role:Thomas Foods International is seeking a dedicated Boning Room Supervisor to oversee production operations in our Boning section. This role is responsible for coordinating and ensuring quality and safety compliance within the team. You will play a key role in achieving production targets, ensuring quality standards, and managing production staff in line with WHS, DAWR, and QA requirements.Key Responsibilities:Production Management:Supervise production staff, assign tasks, and ensure safe, efficient completion.Monitor production targets, control costs, and maintain yield requirements.Conduct process controls with QA, organize cleaning schedules, and ensure training standards.Manage absences with HR support and administer disciplinary actions when necessary.Reporting & Compliance:Submit daily production reports, maintain payroll and timekeeping records.Handle customer complaint records promptly and attend QA and Supervisor meetings.Conduct safety checks, report hazards, and complete maintenance requests.Quality Assurance & Compliance:Promote our 'Learn-Commit-Do-Review' philosophy to ensure high standards.Oversee quality control, provide staff training, and apply corrective actions as needed.Support WHS and Injury Management practices, prioritizing worker health and safety.Key Requirements:Experience in the meat or food processing industry.Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.Effective negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.Ability to establish and maintain constructive relationships with team members.Why Join Us?Contribute to a supportive, quality-focused production environment.Grow professionally with a leader in the food industry.Join a team that values innovation, teamwork, and excellence.Apply TodayIf you're ready to lead and make an impact, submit your resume and cover letter outlining relevant experience and skills.
