Located in Milton, Gladstone, and Paget QLD, Walz Group is seeking suitably qualified and experienced Boilermaker-Welder to join their teams.

Duties and Responsibilities: Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and standards to establish the job requirements.Plan the work sequence accordingly.Select and prepare metal stock.Carry out trial fits for mechanical/structural assemblies.Weld, fabricate, and assemble steel works, pipe works, and other mechanical/structural works.Finish product by cleaning, polishing, filing, or bathing in acid solutions, or by applying protective or decorative coatings.Examine, use, and maintain tools and equipment safely. Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications: Relevant Trade Qualification.At least 2 years relevant experience.Ability to work in a team environment.Work Health Safety (WHS) knowledge.
