Our client, located in Edinburgh SA is looking for a full-time Boilermaker-Welders / Metal Fabricators / Welders (First class).
About the Role: A large engineering company is looking to employ a Boilermaker-Welders / Metal Fabricators /Welders (First class) to manufacture, repair and fabricate various structural Steel products.
About you: We are seeking an experienced Boilermaker-Welders / Metal Fabricators / Welders (First class) with a strong work ethic who take pride in their work and can work alongside an established team.
To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following: Qualified as a Boilermaker-Welder / Metal Fabricators / Welder (First class) through an apprenticeship or equivalent.
AQF Certificate III including at least two years of experience or At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications Study blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine job requirements Select, clean, and prepare metal stock Cut marked-out metal sections and shapes using hand tools, flame cutting torches andmetal cutting machines Shape and bend metal sections and pipes using hand and machine tools, and by heatingand hammering Align parts to be joined using hand tools and measuring instruments Clean and smooth welds by filing, chiselling, and grinding Able to work eff iciently on your own or within a team environment If you meet the above criteria and you're interested in contributing to an organisation that values the highest level of quality in everything it sets out to achieve, we want to hear from  you!
