Welders & Boilermakers (Trades & Services) Calibre Spraying, a leading specialist in the manufacturing of state-of-the-art agricultural machinery, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Boilermaker to join our dynamic team. Our workshop is equipped with the latest technology, offering a fantastic opportunity to be part of a positive work environment.Responsibilities:Fabricate, assemble, and install metal structures and components.Perform welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding.Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate construction.Operate and maintain workshop machinery and tools.Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.Collaborate with other team members on various tasks and projects.Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.Requirements:Proven experience as a boilermaker or similar role in metal fabrication.Proficiency in welding and metalworking techniques.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.Good communication and teamwork abilities.Understanding of health and safety practices in a workshop environment.Relevant certifications or qualifications in boilermaking or welding are desirable.Enjoy 12pm knock off's every Friday!Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a boilermaker?Do you have fabrication experience?Which of the following welding methods do you have experience in?What's your expected hourly rate?
