Looking for a Boilermaker to begin ASAP in Mackay!
Your new company Our client is a specialist manufacturer and supplier of screw conveyors, bucket elevators, and material handling equipment and systems. Our client provides innovative engineering solutions with a focus on quality and reliability. They have established themselves as a market leader, known for their commercial and quality management policies. They are currently looking for a Boilermaker to join their team in Mackay.
Your new role Working with a variety of materials, including stainless steel and alloys. Managing lighter materials and performing more detailed welding tasks. Utilising various welding techniques such as bare wire, 3xp, 81ni, alloy TIG, and MIG welding. Ensuring all work adheres to required standards and specifications. Maintaining a tidy and safe workshop environment. Working on excavator platforms/walkways, drain trays, and hungry boards for dump trucks. Occasionally handling aluminium jobs, but primarily focusing on steel. What you'll need to succeed Trade Qualified - Boilermaker Driver's licence or reliable transport Ability to complete a police check Living locally in the Mackay region What you'll get in return If you are successful in securing this job, you will have the chance to work for a market-leading company.
