· Exercise trade-based skills, knowledge, and judgement to perform all tasks and jobs

· Complete jobs and adhere to customer supplied drawings, specs, and standards

· Operate machinery/equipment/mobile plant in line with VOC / SOPs

· Ability to quality assure own work and work of others

· Prepare, pack and assist with dispatch of jobs/orders

· Assist with the mentoring and training of apprentices / other staff as required

· Other duties as required/directed

Requirements Trade qualified skills and knowledge to complete required works to NEM Group's quality standards

Salary + Benefits : $70k+ PA, Overtime, Sitework, Uniforms and PPE supplied, Steel cap boots, Access to tool store (including grinders)
