As an incorporated legal practice regulated by the Legal Profession Act 2004 (NSW), Bodkin Wood Legal & Advisory advises owners – and future owners – of health businesses on the legal and regulatory aspects of setting up and managing their operations in Australia.
Bodkin Wood Legal & Advisory advises health professionals and businesses including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, audiologists, exercise physiologists, podiatrists, dietitians, osteopaths, optometrists, chiropractors, dentists and other health professionals.
About the Director Jillian Cordeiro is a legal practitioner director, with a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Laws (with Honours). She was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1998. Prior to establishing Bodkin Wood Legal & Advisory, Jillian practised law in Sydney and Hong Kong, where she specialised in corporate, commercial, regulatory and IP/IT law. Jillian was trained at King & Wood Mallesons, one of Australia's leading law firms, and was previously the General Counsel of Hong Kong CSL Limited, a former subsidiary of Telstra Corporation.
