Day-to-day responsibilities include:Overall responsibility for APAC transporter AP invoice reconciliation.Complete data entry and provide administration support.Provide support and complete related accounting and administrative tasks.Daily, weekly & monthly Supplier invoice reconciliations and coding.Purchase Order and Work Order creation.Responsible for data integrity / database integrity.Adhering to company policies and procedures.Support internal / external audit reviews.Assisting with continuous process improvement initiatives.The role will also be involved with cost coding to departments and projects, as well as regular communication with the Accounts Payable team.A few other things we're looking for :Certificate or related qualifications in Accounting or Finance.2+ years' experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or similar.Accurate data entry skills.Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.Strong time-management skills.Highest standards of accuracy, attention to detail, and precision.Effective organisational skills.Ability to partner with local, international, and cross-functional teams.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Knowledge of the International and Domestic Logistics industry will be highly regarded.To express your interest in this role, apply via the link.As an Equal Opportunity Employer, we thank all who apply but will only be contacting those selected for an interview.Respectfully, no recruitment agencies please.
