Together we will always aim high, learn together, and strive to ensure we do the right things well.Your role of Supply Planner is integral in profitable sales growth through managing the flow of inventory including raw materials and contract manufacturing from suppliers to warehouses to ensure we have optimal inventory levels at all times.What you will bringYou will have 2+ years of experience in contract manufacturing/packaging supply chain planning, inventory, or replenishment roles.You will be adept at navigating the complexities of inventory management and logistical coordination with composure and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.You will have the ability to challenge, question and actively collaborate across a number of stakeholder groups to achieve win-win outcomes.You will have proficiency in relevant software packages such as SAGE and Netstock or a willingness to adapt and learn new systems.You will have developed analytical, numeracy, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.You will have high attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in inventory data and calculations.You will have good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.You will support your team to be their best.You will have strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise way.You will be able to travel interstate on occasion.What you will be doingAs the Supply Planner, your role will be dynamic and multifaceted, encompassing a range of responsibilities aimed at optimising inventory levels and ensuring seamless supply chain operations.Here's what you will be doing:Maintaining optimal stock levels across 6 locations, ensuring the right stock is available at the right time.Coordinating purchase orders, both locally and overseas, and managing the flow of inventory from suppliers to warehouses.Facilitating regular operational and planning meetings with key supply partners.Managing the supply of raw materials for manufacturing/assembly processes and maintaining inventory stock levels to meet scheduled requirements.Overseeing manufacturing/assembly processes with third-party contractors and optimizing schedules and resource utilisation.Assisting in supplier negotiations and raw material selection and providing suggestions for improving fill rate analysis and identifying areas for improvement.Championing inventory and item data inputs/outputs in relevant software systems and overseeing the management and maintenance of bill of materials.This role reports to the National Supply Chain Manager and will be based at our Regency Park National Head Office.
