Scots All Saints College is seeking a permanent Head of House to join our highly caring and committed boarding leadership team from Term 2 2025 or at a mutually agreed time.
Scots All Saints College is an independent, multi-campus Preparatory to Year 12 co-educational day and boarding school located in Bathurst, Central West NSW.
Under the guidance of the Director of Boarding, the Head of House organises and oversees the development and implementation of the Boarding programs which are central to the care of senior girls.
The role of the Head of House is vital in providing a high degree of care to meet the needs of all boarders.
They must have a genuine interest in the holistic education of girls and be a positive role model in all areas of life.
The Head of House will carry a 0.6 FTE teaching load and will initially be responsible for Ives House which has approximately 40 to 50 girls who are largely in Year 11 and Year 12 and a residential staff team.
Teachers from all subject area backgrounds will be considered.
