It seeks a meticulous and experienced Board Secretary to join our team and support our Board of Directors.
We have nine venues across South Australia in Adelaide, Mount Gambier, Clare, and Whyalla, that offer excellent food, service, and experiences for our fabulous customers!

The Board Secretary will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Board of Directors.
This individual will manage meeting calendars, prepare and distribute meeting papers, record meeting minutes, and track action items.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities: Meeting Coordination: Schedule and manage calendars for Board meetings, ensuring all members are informed of upcoming meetings and any changes.
Document Preparation: Prepare, compile, and distribute meeting agendas, papers, and other necessary documents in a timely and organised manner.
Minute Taking: Accurately record meeting minutes, capturing key discussions, decisions, and action items, and ensure minutes are approved and distributed to relevant parties.
Action Tracking: Monitor and follow up on action items arising from Board meetings, ensuring timely completion and reporting progress to the Board.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to Board operations and documentation.
Record Keeping: Maintain organised and secure records of all Board documentation and correspondence.
The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Board Secretary or in a similar administrative role supporting senior executives or boards.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in using office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Knowledge of corporate governance and compliance requirements is an advantage.
