Grand Pacific Health is a for-purpose, community-based organisation providing high-quality primary and community mental health services across NSW and the ACT. Our vision is equitable health care where everyone has access to affordable, quality and culturally appropriate health services.
Expression of Interest: Board Director Vacancy We are seeking expressions of interest to join our board as a non-executive director. We are looking for an individual who has skills/qualifications and experience relevant to this role, and previous Board experience or executive leadership experience. You will be a person who understands the for-purpose environment, supports our vision and values, is committed to effective governance, maintaining quality performance standards and the overall success of the organisation.
Details: Six scheduled Board meetings per year Meetings are held in-person at one of our NSW or ACT hubs There are also Committee meetings, an AGM and an annual Board Strategy Day Directors are remunerated. The term of appointment will be discussed with selected applicants.
The board is committed to diversity and to recruiting non-executive directors that represent a variety of backgrounds, perspectives and expertise. Candidates should have either completed the AICD Directors Course, or similar, or be willing to undertake this training.
We also are keen for our non-executive directors to have strong local links with the communities in the NSW and ACT regions in which we provide services.
