You should have the confidence to adopt new approaches, drawing on your extensive experience and strong ethical foundation. A solid understanding of the director's role and responsibilities, along with a strategic and common-sense approach to governance, is essential.Experience at the managerial or director level within the community housing sector or related community care-based organisations is highly desirable.
