About The Role Work autonomously and in a team to complete commercial tenders, up to $150 mil. Liaise with Clients, sub-contractors and architects during the tender process. Receive support from a highly experienced pre-construction team. Develop relationships with suppliers and Tier 1 & 2 sub-contractors.
Your Background Ideally have worked for a commercial/industrial/apartment builder in a Cost Planning or Estimating role Keen knowledge of construction sector Strong communication skills Eye for detail You will receive Work on a diverse range of commercial projects Rewarding environment Attractive salary package, above market rate Work with leading Senior Estimators in the market Company & Culture Well renowned tier 2 builder has established itself as one of Australia's leading commercial builders.
