Job Description Identify and attract high-quality candidates for vacancies within the blue-collar space.Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to mobilisation.Foster and maintain positive relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.Contribute to team objectives and recruitment strategies.Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge and stay informed of best recruitment practices.Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.Utilise recruitment databases and systems effectively.Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required. The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will have:
Demonstrated blue collar recruitment experience.Strong knowledge and interest in the mining industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to manage the full recruitment cycle.
