A unique opportunity is available to join BluScape Commercial Landscaping as a Civil & Landscape Supervisor.

The selected candidate will be required to possess the necessary skillset to be responsible for the following:
Supervising a self-perform landscape team. Co-ordination, site induction, and supervision of subcontractors. Procurement and organisation of resources, fleet, equipment & materials for the project. Ensuring workers implement and comply with Company's WHS policy & procedures. Prepare and maintain SWMS, Risk/Environmental assessments and operating documents. Reporting incidents, non-conformances, and near misses. Demonstrate a working knowledge of plant capability and appropriate selection for required tasks. Collaborate with project engineers/managers, structural/service consultants, and other project stakeholders. Planning, calculating, and monitoring of daily cost of resources. Working to target budgets. Conduct Toolbox and pre-start meetings. Monitor and update the construction program to ensure timely project completion. Maintain accurate documentation of work progress. Supporting and ensuring staff contribute to the company's environmentally conscious principles. How you'll connect to the role:
Accredited trade certification (or equivalent). Previous experience as a supervisor working on Civil or Landscaping construction projects. Strong management capabilities with the ability to lead from the front (both subcontractors and self-perform staff). A sound understanding of civil & industrial construction methodologies, standards, and drawings. Knowledge of Commercial Landscape construction including Irrigation Systems and Horticulture. Eco-Conscious mindset and ability to adopt environmentally focused construction techniques. Willingness to learn and develop skills in a diverse construction field. Strong people management skills & the ability to develop effective teams. Excellent organizational skills. Knowledge of project management systems such as "pro-core" (desirable). Computer literacy in PC/Windows applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive, etc.). Ability to communicate and work closely with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Current driver's license. Candidates must be driven and enthusiastic with a strong focus on site safety, quality, environment, and site task efficiency.
