The Role The Global B2B Growth Marketing team is responsible for driving merchant demand and acquisition for Block's Commerce payment products (Cash App Afterpay, Clearpay) across North America, Australia/New Zealand and the UK.
As the Growth Marketing Manager, Account Based Marketing Programs you will be responsible for the strategy and implementation of ABM campaigns - to drive engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue from our target accounts in all regions. This role will approach ABM with a data-driven approach, continuously testing and evaluating the impact of campaigns and investments on deal acceleration and progressing opportunities through the buying funnel. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management skills, and a deep understanding of ABM principles and tactics.
You Will Develop and execute high-impact, integrated ABM strategies to achieve revenue and pipeline goals for target accounts. Manage the end-to-end execution of ABM campaigns, including campaign setup, segmentation, targeting, scheduling, deployment, and optimization. Provide guidance and feedback on creation of personalized and targeted content, messaging, and campaigns tailored to the needs and preferences of specific accounts and ICP personas. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and account management to identify/prioritize target accounts, define account-specific goals, execute integrated ABM campaigns, orchestrations and feedback loops. Continuously monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in ABM, and recommend new strategies and tactics to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive results. Utilize marketing automation, CRM, and ABM platforms to track and measure the effectiveness of ABM campaigns, analyze key metrics, and optimize performance. Partner with MarTech & Ops teams to develop new structures and automation in marketing automation (Marketo). Guide efforts to create standardized Account Based Marketing reporting and dashboards for key accounts, presenting performance to the marketing department as well as stakeholders throughout the business. Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on the performance of ABM programs, including key metrics, trends, and opportunities for optimization. Apply an experimentation mindset to ABM campaigns to drive, test, learn, and optimize. You Have Power user of ABM software (6sense preferred). Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Proven experience (7+ years) in B2B marketing, with a focus on account-based marketing and demand generation. Strong understanding of ABM principles, strategies, and tactics, with a track record of successfully executing ABM campaigns and driving measurable results. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze results, and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and experimentation, and a commitment to staying ahead of industry trends and best practices. Proficiency in Marketo, Salesforce (or similar marketing automation and CRM platforms). Block takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. U.S locations are categorized into one of four zones based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

Zone A: $122,900 — $184,300 USD
Zone B: $114,200 — $171,400 USD
Zone C: $108,200 — $162,200 USD
Zone D: $98,300 — $147,500 USD
