+ THE ROLE
We have an opportunity for an experienced, well-rounded finance administrator/bookkeeper to join our accounts team of three.
The position is part-time and together are responsible to effectively administer the financial aspects of the company including meeting all statutory requirements.

+ DUTIES INCLUDE

Payroll including Superannuation, Payroll Tax and EOFY Reporting.
Director Dividends and Bonuses.
Accounts Payable / Receivable.
Reconciliation of accounts.
Cash Flow Monitoring including assisting with Debtors.
KPI Reporting.
Invoicing.
Maintain WorkCover Insurances.
Local Buy Reporting.
Maintain Company Trust Account.
Use of HR (HR Partner) and Project Management (Deltek) Software.
General Accounts Functions.
Ad-hoc assistance to Directors and Business Manager.
Liaison with Accountant.
+ THE IDEAL APPLICANT
High level of accuracy, attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Ability to work autonomously while still having the support of the team environment.
Proactive and able to meet deadlines.
Ability to use initiative, prioritise and maintain strict confidentiality.
Friendly and helpful personality with a great work ethic and communication skills.
Competent in Xero software and Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of relevant ATO legislation.
Minimum 5 years bookkeeping experience or degree qualified.
Ability to learn new systems quickly.
Good organisational and time management skills.
A dedicated approach to work and the ability to communicate on all levels.
Other duties on a more ad-hoc basis including supporting the wider admin team with phone answering.
