The Role We're looking for a motivated Senior Product Manager to help us fuel our rapid growth. As the Senior Product Manager at Varicon, you'll own the end-to-end product management lifecycle. You will play a crucial role in defining product strategy, driving product initiatives, and ensuring successful delivery. A key component of this role involves leading a continuous discovery process , where customer insights and market trends inform and validate decisions.
Your role will require strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of how technology can address industry-specific pain points. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll translate vision into tangible outcomes that deliver value for Varicon's customers and the business.
Key Responsibilities Product Management Lifecycle: Own the full product management lifecycle from discovery to delivery, including defining product requirements, creating user stories, and collaborating on release plans. Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with Varicon's goals and market opportunities. Continuous Discovery: Implement and champion a continuous discovery process to identify, validate, and prioritize customer needs and pain points. Collaborate with customers through interviews, usability testing, and feedback loops to ensure solutions align with real-world challenges. Customer-Centric Development: Engage with customers to understand their challenges and translate those insights into actionable product features. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to bring ideas to life and ensure successful product launches. Feature Prioritization: Balance competing priorities using data-driven decision-making and a strong understanding of customer needs and business goals. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation. Metrics & Feedback: Define and monitor KPIs to measure product success and use insights to iterate on features and user experiences. Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization while championing Varicon's vision externally. Qualifications Experience:5+ years in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role. Experience in SaaS, construction tech, or civil construction industries is a plus. Demonstrated success in implementing a continuous discovery process. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus. Skills:Proven track record of delivering successful products in a cross-functional environment. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like JIRA, Productboard, or similar. Technical fluency; ability to understand and discuss architectural concepts and integrations. Mindset: Passionate about solving complex problems for users, with a bias toward action and a commitment to excellence.
