What you can expect in a day in the role In these roles, you will be responsible for attending to inquiries from our guests, preparing and dispensing beverages, running food, and taking orders all with exceptional customer service.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Assisting patrons with both food and beverage orders, inquiries and complaintsUphold cleanliness and hygiene standardsTaking orders, and running food to tablesAssist with large groups or bookingsHelp in the bar area when neededWhat you will bring to the role: Our ideal candidate will thrive in a busy environment, have a passion for the industry, and provide excellent customer service.
We are also looking for:
Demonstrated cash handling proficiencyAn understanding of food & beverage products and servicesCurrent Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)Ability to work a variety of night, weekends, and public holiday shiftsHave a "can do" attitude and willingness to learnAn appointee to this role may be subject to pre-employment and ongoing screening checks.
