About the program The Wellways to Recovery program is a community-based support program for individuals with mental health challenges.
The program works with individuals and their families to identify personal recovery goals and assists them to develop the knowledge, skills, and strategies to improve their health and wellbeing.
We also provide information, education, advice and support to family members, friends, and the wider social and support networks of people.

About the opportunity Our team of supportive and enthusiastic members is currently looking for a dedicated Program Worker who will assist in improving the lives of community members.
As part of the Recovery team, you will play a key role in assisting people experiencing severe or persistent mental health issues to progress on their recovery journey by working towards goals that increase their inclusion in the community.
You will engage community members by developing professional and trusting relationships with them and relevant stakeholders.
