Conduct research to ensure sites meet regulatory and business requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to assess the feasibility and profitability of proposed locations. Play a pivotal role in expanding Bishopp's presence in new markets. What We're Looking For
Proven ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively in a remote capacity. Experience in negotiation, real estate, or a related field. Understanding of local property landscapes either in Melbourne, South Australia, or Tasmania. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with landowners and stakeholders. A proactive mindset with a knack for identifying and seeing opportunities.
