Biostatistician

Our client, a leading biostatistical consultancy in the clinical research field, is looking for a Biostatistician to join their growing team and play a pivotal role in designing and executing cutting-edge research.
This is a 100% WFH opportunity with the flexibility to come into the office in Sydney if desired.
Here's what you'll do: Collaborate with study managers and lead a small team of statisticians.
Design robust statistical plans for clinical trials (100-200 pages) – this includes writing the statistical section of the protocol and overseeing the full statistical design.
Utilise your expertise in SAS programming for data analysis and validation.
Partner with data managers (experience in data management is a plus, but not essential).
We're looking for someone who: Possesses a Master's degree or higher in Biostatistics or equivalent field  (experience as a software developer is also translatable).
Has 3-7 years of experience with SAS programming.
Thrives in a collaborative and respectful environment.
Enjoys tackling complex statistical challenges.
Has experience leading a small team (ideal, but not mandatory).
