Biomedical Engineer - Permanent part-time opportunity About the role A new opportunity has become available for a part-time Biomedical Engineer to join the team servicing the Hillcrest Private Hospital – Rockhampton QLD.
The main responsibilities of this position entail the maintenance, testing, repair, and documentation of biomedical equipment within the relevant standards and guidelines.
Your Skills and Experience Degree in biomedical engineering or equivalent and relevant qualificationMinimum of two (2) years' experience working as a Biomedical EngineerDemonstrated understanding of fault finding techniques, relevant industrial standards, and the use and function of biomedical equipmentRestricted electrical work license or progressing towards oneAbility to plan and coordinate workloadExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as requiredRemuneration On offer is a full-time equivalent salary per the QLD Health Professionals EA ranging from $80,502.24 - $118,164.80 + superannuation based on experience and qualifications.
