HEREWho may applyCurrent University students and recent Graduates who can work at least 4 days per week for a period of 6 months.Responsibilities:Assist in designing and optimizing user referral reward mechanisms, improving user referral paths;Regularly collect and analyze user feedback and market trends, and propose innovative referral strategies through data analysis;Assist in tracking referral project progress and optimizing user experience.Requirements:Strong interest in the cryptocurrency industry and user growth;Strong data analysis skills;Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;Quick learning ability, capable of adapting and proposing effective solutions in complex environments;Creative thinking, capable of proposing unique activities and promotional ideas;Understanding of product design, market promotion, and user operations is preferred;Familiarity with popular social media platforms, basic programming skills or project management experience is a plus.What You Will Gain:In-depth involvement in core projects of a leading cryptocurrency exchange, gaining insights into the latest industry trends and technologies;Participation in the process of user growth and product operations;Full-cycle experience in large-scale campaign execution;Improved data analysis, project management, and cross-department communication skills through hands-on experience;Opportunity to closely collaborate with senior product managers and operations teams, receiving professional guidance.
