Kinetic Construction Ltd. has an opportunity within our Victoria Branch for a BIM/VDC Specialist. This position will be responsible for the implementation of BIM/VDC-related technology and services. This position will work closely with the project teams to lead and assist in project delivery throughout the design and construction phases.
Wage Band Range is $75,000 to $100,908 annually Key Responsibilities

Post-Secondary education in Architecture or Engineering is preferred In-depth knowledge of BIM & VDC services, standards, and implementation 5+ years of production experience in design, drafting or engineering 1+ year working for a General Contractor Prior experience in the Construction Industry is considered an asset Ability to train other employees on various BIM tools and software Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to use time productively, maximizing efficiency and meet challenging work goals Must possess and maintain exceptional work ethic as well as uphold company values and demand the highest standards of conduct from self and others Must have basic PC experience in Windows environments, working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, email, web-enabled applications, and database software Must be a self-starter and possess the drive to pursue continued education in BIM & VDC Possess the ability to work well as part of a team and independently Together Building Better We have a Strong Team to face challenges and issues together
