Job Description Your main job duties will include:
Oversee and lead daily operations of the billing department, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and collections.Monitor team performance and manage KPIs to optimize billing workflows and increase efficiency.Support team members with training and development, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture.Resolve complex billing issues and escalations with a patient-centric approach.Collaborate with finance, admissions, and clinical teams to ensure accurate data and documentation.Prepare and present regular reports on billing performance and trends for management.Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, government regulations, and industry standards.The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will have some healthcare industry experience, ideally at least 6 months. They will have at least 2 years of AR or Billing experience and ideally have had exposure to team leadership. Attention to detail, great communication skills, as well as an eagerness to grow, are highly important!
