We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Billings Officer to join our Corporate Office team in Broadbeach on the beautiful Gold Coast, on a full-time basis.
More about this role: Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor, this role is responsible for handling large numbers of customer billing quickly and efficiently.
In a nutshell, your main responsibilities are: Address discrepancies and inconsistencies with key stakeholders.
Manage data exceptions from our processing systems.
Ensure execution of revenue related internal controls through maintenance of and compliance with system controls, audits and company standards.
Ensure that the cost to bill airlineEnsure electronic scanning and other space saving methods of storage and retrieval are processed accurately.
Participate in month end, accurate data input and participate in month end raising of invoices.
What you need to be successful in securing this role?
Demonstrated success in a similar role.
Experience in a high volume accounts receivable role is an advantage.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
Possesses a customer service mindset and displays professionalism towards both internal and external customers at all times.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail across volume data sets.
