Due to the rapid growth within the team they have an open position for an experienced Billing Officer.
Culture and Benefits Northern Suburbs $70k-75k + super depending on exp 1 day wfh Working in a supportive environment Career growth opportunities About the role Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Billing Officer role is responsible for the set up and billing for all new and current stakeholders.
The Billing Officer will act as the central point of contact for all billing matters.
Respond to all incoming billing queries from relevant stakeholders Conduct fortnightly and monthly billing runs Conduct month-end reconciliation Skills and Experience 2 years + experience working in a Billing Officer role Proven ability to work with external stakeholders with excellent customer service skills MS Dynamics 365 desirable but not a must have.
