Key Responsibilities: Accurately process payroll, ensuring timely payments.Monitor and manage client billing, ensuring accounts are up-to-date.Handle and resolve client billing inquiries efficiently.Oversee accounts receivable and payable, maintaining accurate records.Reconcile monthly business expenses to ensure financial accuracy.Track and follow up on outstanding payments, addressing overdue accounts promptly.Liaise with debt collection agencies when necessary to recover overdue payments.Collaborate with the finance team to optimise and streamline billing processes.Assist with administrative duties as required to support the team.Key Requirements: Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.Proven experience in payroll and billing is essential.Exceptional communication skills with a professional approach to following up with clients.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite.An academic background in business or finance is highly desirable.Why Join Us?
