We have created an exciting opportunity for a fluent German speaker to be trained within our Export department.
The primary goal is to maintain positive customer relationships and provide support to the sales team.
Key duties: To be the first point of contact for Internal/External Sales TeamsDay to day Customer Service contact for our customers in GermanyManaging and Processing ordersLiaising with different departments to ensure the smooth delivery of ordersPreserving high customer service standardsCore Competencies: Bilingual - German and English, written and verbalPositive, enthusiastic mannerExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Position, solution-driven attitudeComputer literacy in application of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the ability to learn bespoke systemsAbility to work efficiently and accurately under pressureFull training will be provided to somebody who is fluent in German and English and is computer literate.
