Leading global professional services firmB2B bid and pitch experience requiredExcellent career progression opportunityA leading global professional services firm has an exciting opportunity for a talented Bids & Pursuit Coordinator to join their growing, highly sophisticated team, based in Sydney CBD.This permanent position will see you become a key member of the team, supporting subject matter experts with developing and executing all high-profile strategic bid and pursuit activities and initiatives within Australia to strengthen the firm's relationship and revenue position with clients.You will contribute to front-line business development initiatives through supporting the business with activities such as: development of engagement plans and win themes; research and communication of opportunities; market and industry analysis; project management of complex, high-value bid submissions and pitch documents.To be successful, you will be tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline with 2-4 years' business development and bid experience, ideally gained within a professional services environment. Highly presentable and articulate, you will be a confident self-starter with strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills. You will be proficient with MS Office and have experience coordinating end-to-end RFT and EOI requests.
