The role
A position has been created due to growth within the business for a Bid Manager to join the team. This role will focus on supporting the new business and marketing teams through tendering delivery schedules and owning the bid creation process. This role ensures that bids are developed to a consistently high standard in their presentation, content, and branding. Key responsibilities will include:
Manage Bid Schedule Ensuring Team Meets Bid Creation DeadlinesInterpret & Respond to the Client, New Business & Bid Teams BriefCreate Content, Image Sourcing, & Elevator Pitches where NecessaryReview Industry Bids to Ensure Company Remains Above Industry StandardLiaise with Stakeholders to Obtain Information to Ensure Brand Alignment is metSkills & experience
To be considered for this role is essential that you have current experience in bids/tendering, with a proven track record in bid creation and delivery management. Other key requirements include:
