Bid Manager

Experienced Bid Manager required in Perth to project manage and co-ordinate the bid process, requests for proposals and proposal lodgement
This leading multinational Facilities Management service provider is looking to drive their existing growth, having already gained market dominance in a number of core sectors.

The Role: Supporting the business development strategy Developing winning bid strategies Leading a team of Bid Writers / Coordinators Overseeing the preparation, review and submission of bid responses - including expressions of interest, tenders, proposals and presentations, to Corporate, Public Sector and Resources clients Lead workshops, meetings and presentations internally and externally Write key sections of submissions including planning, drafting, gathering information, editing content and ensuring compliance to standards Nurturing effective relationships with internal stakeholders, partners and clients. Criteria:
Ideally tertiary qualified in Facilities Management, Business Management, Finance, Sales & Marketing or Communications Superior Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills Strong understanding of the full spectrum of Bid Pricing / Commercial Costing, Labour and Material Estimates, Commercial Terms and Delivery strategies High level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent teamwork and leadership skills Demonstrated experience in Project Management Strong written communication skills Strong understanding of bid writing fundamentals Strong stakeholder management skills to ensure a cohesive approach to coordinating contributions in a timely manner Benefits: You will be offered a competitive salary package Excellent opportunities for personal and career growth with a major multinational firm Permanent role
