Reporting to the Pre-contracts Manager, Bid Manager will lead and manage the bid process from concept to delivery, including development and submission of high-quality proposals. Bid Manager will enjoy collaborating with a team of dedicated professionals to gather critical information and inputs for bids, ensuring accuracy and quality within the required timeframes. With a portfolio across WA & SA, the successful candidate will enjoy well-appointed offices centrally located in either Perth or Adelaide's CBD.

About the Role Responsibilities of the role include:
Manage all aspects of the tender within the tender period for the Company and/or Joint Venture submissions.Ensure the tender systems are set up and implemented for the tender and the tender team are trained/inducted in the correct use.Ensure the tender is developed with appropriate expertise to develop the technical solution.Ensure the estimate, program, construction staging, design, and other key elements are all aligned.Value Engineering or technical reviews are undertaken with external resources to challenge the tender team's thinking.Commercial reviews are undertaken, and the due diligence required, or potential risk items are identified for the tender team to address through the tender.Ensure that the Company's quality, safety, and environmental requirements are accommodated in tender submissions and relevant review of the approach and allowances has been undertaken. About You To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experiences:
Tertiary qualifications in relevant engineering and/or business disciplines.Capable of analysing technical and financial reports with the purpose of taking definitive action.Demonstrated business network in key Australian markets, and demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders (peers, customers, regulators, suppliers).Strong verbal and written communication skills that have impact.Ability to develop quick rapport with a broad range of personalities and work effectively in a team environment.Results-driven with high energy and leadership qualities.Collaborative engagement style.Strong understanding of risk management procedures.
