About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Bid Lead to join our Pre-Contracts Group, based in either Perth or Rydalmere. This pivotal role involves managing and coordinating tenders from receipt to submission, working closely with estimators, schedulers, and the Pre-Contracts Manager. You will play a key role in developing and implementing win strategies for each opportunity, coordinating input from across the Pre-Contracts Group and the wider business to ensure submissions reflect RSGx's capabilities and expertise.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate tender processes from start to finish.Develop and implement win strategies for project opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams, including Estimators, Schedulers, and Business Development, to craft compelling submissions.Ensure all documentation aligns with RSGx's high standards and showcases our expertise.Contribute to continuous improvement in tendering processes and outcomes.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring:
