The Opportunity The Bid Development Manager plays a pivotal role in our Queensland team, responsible for estimating and pricing projects, as well as preparing tender submissions. This position ensures that all tenders are not only delivered competitively and on time, but also adhere to the highest standards of quality. By skillfully managing these critical processes, the Bid Development Manager significantly contributes to our organization's success in securing new opportunities and driving growth.
About You To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Experience in Bid Management, Senior Estimating or similar rolesExperience in multi-discipline estimating, with a broad range of project delivery processes and contractsStrong understanding of construction tendering, project delivery and financial managementStrong financial, commercial and contractual acumen is essentialExperience with Primavera P6 programming software highly desirableExperience working within an Australian utility and with renewable grid connection desirable but not essentialWhy Join Us?
