If you're ready to take the next step in your career and want to be part of a thriving, supportive team, this full-time position could be the perfect fit.ResponsibilitiesManage the administrative function of tenders and EOIs in accordance with internal policiesDownload and prepare job files for new tenders, including addendums and noticesCoordinate and schedule tender reviews with Senior Management and EstimatorsCollate non-price returnable information and liaise with internal departments for supporting dataFacilitate meetings with internal teams to review tender submissions and follow up on action itemsEnsure accurate tracking and updating of tender registers and portalsMaintain Estimating Drive and governance templates as per company policiesAssist with procurement, collating tender packages, and comparing subcontractor quotesEssential Skills and AttributesStrong background in administrationExcellent time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficientlyProven ability to build and maintain effective working relationshipsHigh proficiency in MS Office applicationsStrong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead and influence othersWhat's next?
