We have a fantastic opportunity for an additional Bid Administrator to join our Queensland team working with Bid Managers and Bid Directors, as well as our Pursuits & Bidding team to support work winning activities.
With access to a global community of Bid champions, you will collaborate with and learn from other minds.
The Opportunity Bid inbox management, including downloading tender documentation and updating the Bid Tracker.Setting up tender folders and managing administrative requirements for tenders.Scheduling meetings and coordinating bid/no-bid discussions, contract reviews, and bid reviews.Providing bid support, including completing standard input and tender forms, sourcing background information, formatting, compiling response documents, and performing compliance checks.Handling post-bid activities, such as filing, PJN closeout, and feedback collection.Entering CRM data under the direction of key stakeholders.At Arup, you belong to an extraordinary collective – in which we encourage individuality to thrive.
